Pastor Dave has been the senior pastor since the church’s inception in 1994.His family consists of wife Joanne, children James, Cindy, and Tyler. His hobbies include racquetball and reading. Pastor Dave has taught at the Voronezh Theological Seminary in Voronezh, Russia, and teaches at Malone University in the Malone Management Program For his 2006 sabbatical Pastor Dave was awarded a grant from the Lilly Endowment to pursue the topic: ‘The Visual in Worship: Integrating Nicea II (787) and Saddleback (2006)’ Pastor Dave’s favorite verses are from Matthew 22: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ And ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’

Mike’s family consists of his wife Kati, and his two boys, Luke and Seth. His hobbies include: reading, video games, mexican food, any sport and having fun.He has a couple degrees: an Associate Degree of Science from Stark State College of Technology in Fire Science and a Bachelor’s Degree from Malone College in Youth Ministry. He also has a Masters Degree in Christian Ministry.

He has worked for over 10 years with youth from all different back ground from suburban to urban. One of his favorite verses is John 1:14 “The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us…” That is ministry for Mike pure and simple, dwelling among the youth of this body of believers and that is where his heart lies in seeing them come to know, grow and serve Christ in their lives.

Laura Miller Children’s Ministry Director

Laura has been married to Mike Miller since 2003 and they have two boys, Peyton and Matthew.Laura has been a stay at home mom for four years. Prior to that Laura worked as a Delta Airlines flight attendant for seven years. She also works part time as part of the Health and Fitness staff at the YMCA. Laura has been a member of FCF since 2001. Laura’s favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:6-7. “6Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus”

Kelly Ries was born and raised in Massillon, and is a graduate of Washington High. She is the mother of a daughter, Abbie, and 2 sons, Gunner and Mavrick. She is also the mom to her “furry” children; her cats, Grace, Gretchen and Mildred.Kelly has been involved with FCF since its inception in 1994, and has served in many capacities. Her passions are serving the Lord, people, writing, arts and crafts, and listening to music. One of Kelly’s favorite Bible verses is Ephesians 3:20, “Now glory be to God! By His mighty power at work within us, He is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope.”

Jen was born and raised in Massillon. She has been married to Bob for seven years and has six children. Three sons, Matthew, David and Samuel and three step children Bobby, Joey and Kristi. She is doing her dream job of being a wife and mother. The three most important things in her life are her faith, family and friends.She enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing games, cooking, reading, bonfires and helping out with Awana. Trisha Brunckhart, a native of Austintown, Ohio, presently resides in Massillon with her husband Lee and daughter Sarah. She is a 1994 graduate of Youngstown State University where she received her Bachelor of Music degree in vocal music education. As a classically trained vocalist she has had the opportunity to perform in many venues, including the Pittsburgh Opera. Passionate about sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through music, Trisha is honored to serve Faith Community Fellowship as Choir Director. She has a love of classical and contemporary church choral music and feels blessed to share her gifts and knowledge with fellow believers. Her greatest hope through her ministry is to help people prepare their hearts for worship through song.

Randy Claes, a native of Marion, OH, currently lives in Wooster with his wife, Joy, where they both teach at Wooster Christian School. Randy teaches Bible, Band, and Choir to students in 5th-8th grade. Randy is a graduate of Malone University where he was involved in numerous musical ensembles. Randy has a passion for both God and music so he is pleased to be able to serve Faith Community Fellowship in a role that fuses those two passions together. He has been at FCF since September of 2008 and serves as the pianist for the 8:45 service and rehearsal accompanist for the choir. When not involved with music or teaching, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife, reading, and working crossword, logic, or Sudoku puzzles. One of Randy’s favorite Bible verses is Philippians 3:8 “What is more, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ.”

Family: Parents – Ken and Wendy Oldest sister Nicole, brother-in-law Patrick, nephew and niece (Jonah and Hannah) Older sister Joni and brother-in-law Ben Twin sister, Heather Education: Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Ministry from Briercrest College in SK, CANADA. Holly is currently in graduate school at Malone University studying Clinical Counseling. Hobbies/Interests: waterskiing, taking walks, sitting around campfires, spending time with family and friends, reading and studying poetry. Holly tries to model her life after Mark 12:30-31. “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.”

She is married to Duane and has two children – Jason  and Jennifer; five grandchildren – Jordan , Brooke, Matthew, David, Samuel; and 3 step-grandchildren – Bobby, Joey and Kristi. Victoria has been a member of Faith Community Fellowship since its inception in 1994 and has served in many capacities. In her spare time she enjoys reading, crocheting, gardening, but the thing that brings her the most joy is being with her children and grandchildren. Victoria’s favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 40:31, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint.”

Jean Merreot has been married to Paul for over 50 years.  They have daughters, Renee’, married to Gary, and Denise, married to Rick, and 5 grandchildren, Lisa, Katie, Nicole, Matt, and Dusty. Jean recently joined FCF and is just beginning to be involved in the many activities available.  Jean’s hobbies are cooking, baking, and reading.  She also likes to entertain family and friends.
